You are an accomplished designer with a strong passion for creating exceptional user experiences. Your expertise extends beyond any specific industry, showcasing a proficiency in designing intuitive interfaces that enhance overall user satisfaction. With a successful track record, you are adept at collaborating with diverse stakeholders and driving business impact through design. As UX Lead, you will work in the area of Customer Support, and you will be extremely knowledgeable across the various UX disciplines and are expected to build and grow the skill sets of the more junior designers in the team.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Orchestrate all UX activities to drive the development of our digital solutions ensuring valuable, desirable and intuitive experiences.
- Mentor and guide product owners, scrum masters, and development teams in embracing user-centered design methodologies, fostering effective collaboration to deliver business value aligned with user needs.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate design concepts and rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive UX strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Elevate the overall maturity level of UX practices, consistently monitoring usability performance across digital platforms.
- Provide training and guidance to team members, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding user experiences.
- Demonstrate expertise in designing user experiences for various devices across diverse digital environments
- Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and experience in fast-paced, iterative development cycles.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related discipline. 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of successfully leading design teams. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Experience with agile development methodologies.
