As a Vehicle Technology Process Leader you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex solutions across our organization. You will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing processes, facilitating key activities and representing Vehicle Technology in various teams and committees. Your expertise will be crucial in driving our projects forward and ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives. You will belong to a team that works with project/program/portfolio management and way of working questions.
Key Activities:
• Process Ownership: Manage and optimize various processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
• Act as a representative in multiple committees and groups, contributing to strategic discussions and decisions.
• Facilitate increased efficiency by driving improvements in how solutions are delivered
• Documentation and Governance: Oversee product documentation and contribute to governance implementation, ensuring compliance and best practices.
• Learning and Development: Lead initiatives that foster continuous learning and development within the organization. Upon need, develop training material and give trainings.
Qualifications:
• Experience in Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Hybrid Agile Expertise: Proficiency in Agile principles and practices, with experience in implementing agile methodologies at scale.
• Leadership and Facilitation: Strong leadership skills with the ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and drive consensus among diverse teams.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and contribute to high-level planning and decision-making processes.
• Continuous Improvement Mindset: A commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate challenges and find effective solutions.
