UX Designer
We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our Dealer and Customer Experience team at Volvo Construction. This role involves working closely with our team to enhance user experiences for our dealer and customer platforms. Additionally, 50% of your time will be dedicated to improving the SPX (Sales and Purchasing Experience) system, collaborating with developer teams and the service owner to manage the backlog and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Dealer and Customer Experience team to design and improve user interfaces.
- Dedicate 50% of your time to enhancing the SPX system, working closely with developers and the service owner.
- Create quick prototypes using Figma to visualize and test design concepts.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience across all platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest UX trends and best practices to continuously improve our products. 
 SPX System Overview: The SPX (Sales and Purchasing Experience) system is a CRM platform designed to support our dealer network. 
The main goals of the SPX system are to:
- Provide dealer managers with real-time insights into their deals with customers.
- Help dealer managers adapt strategy and resource planning to tackle new deals and improve their win rate.
- Enable dealer salesmen to manage their leads and improve their conversion rates to customers.
- Assist dealer salesmen in managing relationships with potential customers.

Overall Purpose:
- Help our distribution network support Volvo customers.
- Support Customer Relationship Management.
- Support Lead Management and Proactive Sales.
- Provide actionable insights through KPIs and metrics.

Required Skills:
- Proven experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in Figma for quick prototyping and design.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with user research and usability testing.
- Knowledge of front-end development is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the construction or automotive industry.
- Familiarity with SPX systems or similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
