Data Act Business analyst
At the Data Governance & Analytics Department we are safeguarding quality, compliance, and enhancing data availability and ease of use. We leverage digital technologies such as analytics and AI services to better satisfy our customers’ needs and achieve greater speed of R&D.
We are looking for a business analyst that could support us in the implementation work of Data Act. We believe you have experience in vehicle data, data compliance, and IT systems in a complex global product development organization. Foremost you need to have a strong drive, are comfortable working with large degrees of uncertainty, and good ability to identify pragmatic and robust structures and solutions to handle data compliance. You have a proven record of driving successful cross functional technical pre-studies and initiatives and are skilled in risk and stakeholder management across organizations and levels. Fluency in English is essential.
Activities - Collaborate with IT, legal, and business teams to investigate solution for data in scope for Data Act and appropriate data sharing solutions - Drive data compliance initiatives and pre-studies to investigate data compliance in GTT products and services. - Conduct gap analysis and risk assessments related to Data Act scope - Monitor and report on the progress of Data Act implementation initiative - Coordinate meetings with project team and various stakeholders - Build GTT-wide awareness and competency in the area of data compliance. - Structure and handle documentation
Qualifications - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an automotive setting - Preferably experience in a information management, data governance, data management or regulatory requirements - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor or higher degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
