Who are we? At the Group Driving Performance & Aero, we hold the responsibility for the core feature of driving performance. This encompasses energy economy, driving range, CO2/GHG emissions, drivability, and average speed. Our work spans feature management, complete vehicle testing for aero, soiling, energy efficiency, and range. Additionally, we specialize in developing and executing state-of-the-art complete vehicle simulations, utilizing cutting-edge software in the loop and hardware in the loop technologies.

Key Responsibilities: Main area of responsibility lies within complete vehicle simulations for driving performance, meaning energy economy, driving range, average speed, drivability, CO2 emissions.
Develop and deliver high-quality calculation models and results, proposing optimal simulation and analysis approaches.
Utilize control systems and function simulation for drawing conclusions and making recommendations, ensuring analyses meet design targets and standards.
Drive continuous improvement of methods and tools, acting as a technical expert in the field.
Lead and execute complex simulations and analyses, supporting project engineers with technical solutions on a global scale.
Lead innovation initiatives through collaboration and tool development, mentoring and training junior engineers while contributing to product and system roadmaps.
Evaluate project content and estimate timelines, actively participating in the development and enhancement of methods and tools.
Who are you? To excel in this role, you should possess some the following qualifications reached by at least 5 years of working experience in the automotive business or similar:

Simulation Experience: Experience of complete vehicle driving performance simulations is preferred and highly valued. Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and Python is also essential. Additionally, knowing agile workflow is a plus.
