Senior Electrical HW engineer for HV Connectors at Electromobility
You will be part of a great team working with high voltage connectors and cables used in all BEV applications within Volvo Group. Working with these components is a true cross-functional collaboration between component owners using the platform components, system requirements and always having the product and our customers in mind.
Your primary task is to follow up the validation results and see what works and what doesn’t. You will also make sure we are on schedule for the project deliveries as well as aligning with our stakeholders. Due to the complexity in managing a component palette that covers through the whole platform, documentation and communication is important – therefore we think you enjoy structure and collaboration with others.

You will have the opportunity to work with the very latest in technology and drive the changes that are needed for us to excel in products, way of working and technical skills. In short, you will be an important part of the puzzle in developing the Electromobility of tomorrow.
As Electrical HW engineer for HV Connectors you will additionally:

• Work with requirements and take all stakeholders into account together with the team
• Collaborate with suppliers and drive the tasks needed
• Communicate and collaborate with peers both within and outside the organization
Requirements:
• MSc degree in Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics, Mechanics or similar
• Senior experience in product development preferably within HV Connectors and/ or HV wiring harness
• At least two years of experience from working with Electrical and Electronics HW in High Voltage system

• Senior experience of working and collaborating with suppliers
• Experience of automotive
• Fluent in both written and verbal English
