Clinic manager
As a clinic manager we expect you to:
• Run clinics and overall benchmarking activities to collect objective & subjective driver feed-back both at early development stages and later when the product is more mature.
• Manage the interfaces between all different stakeholders.
• Write reports.
• Propose and actively lead clinics and engineering tests and investigations, acting as a test engineer when needed.
• Drive Continuous Improvement with a Data driven mindset
• Develop methods and routines for effective benchmarking of zero emission vehicles and new technologies, including coordinating the instrumentation of vehicles and CAN decoding with external or internal partners
• Plan & execute other driving events
Needed skills:
• Broad trucking knowledge
• Structured and customer oriented, great at listening and understanding customer feed-back
• Able to create statistical evaluation methods and database information collection.
• Have an interest in fault tracing
• Good at analyzing results and creating reports
• Truck license is an advantage
Who are you? You are action-oriented, a person who likes to get things done and who likes to find creative ways to solve problems. You enjoy networking and communicating. You are flexible and positive but at the same time structured and can coordinate activities. Product and customer knowledge within the transportation industry are desirable and experience with electric vehicles is highly appreciated. You can present your work and results both verbally and via written reports. You speak fluent English and Swedish to be able to interview customers.
