What are we looking for in this role!
We are looking for a Logistic Developer to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for setting up and improve external logistics processes for Product Builds, Complete Vehicle Sweden within Volvo Technology AB.
The aim is to secure the prototype parts logistics as well as the inbound and outbound logistics connected to Product Builds in Sweden. You will be responsible for an efficient and effective logistics day-to-day operation.

Your mission will be:
In cooperation with your colleagues identify, maintain, improve and develop our routines and processes for external logistics.
Drive continuous improvements for the logistic process, always with people in focus.
Some of the areas (but not limited to) in focus:
• Improve our logistic supply chain when it comes to cost, quality and efficiency.
• Secure storage needs for our products at our warehouse.
• Develop cost models for our business.
Your experience is:
• Solid knowledge of logistics processes and value-chains. Knowledge in EV (Electrical Vehicle) battery and Automotive logistics is appreciated but not a must.
• Successful experiences in executing logistics processes, logistics operations.
• Successful experiences of cross-functional work.
• Knowledge in setting ways of working in cross-functional organizations.
• Degree in supply-chain/logistics, project management, engineering, business or similar.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, written and spoken.
• Driver’s license for car will be needed.
You will be located in GC building, Lundby Area, Göteborg, Sweden
