PRESELECTED CANDIDATE
As a Feature Leader within SW and Electrical in Product Quality Dept, you are the member in our team that technically knows the ins and outs of the SW and electrical system in engine installations for Industrial and Marine use. You will work with engine control systems and exhaust aftertreatment systems, defining requirements for maximum customer uptime. You can independently lead the investigation work to correct and improve quality issues that our customers experience in the field.
You will work with advanced fault tracing in the field, and connect this to requirement specification of features that will be fed back to line organisation for including in development projects.
You will also work with our internal challenges such as feauture and quality assurance of datasets, synching with other departments regarding changes and releases and processes/methods regarding temporary SWs and calibrations with the purpose of testing quick changes.
These tasks span over a wide range regarding trouble shooting and fixes, from investigating the code and integration in the engine to identifying errors in documentation, specifications and manuals. Scrutineering of datasets before release is an important task before release.
Since the job consists of an extensive net of contacts both internally and externally, your networking skills should be very good.
