Energy Management department is a part of Electric Propulsion unit, we deliver: Electric Vehicle Charging Energy transfer such as vehicle to grid and interaction, vehicle to home, vehicle to load as well as related solutions for cloud-based optimization of energy transfer Battery energy storage solutions Wallbox and electric vehicle interface Our mission is to make electric cars more accessible and appealing to a larger customer base. What Do We Offer? The group 97570 is responsible for: Define diagnostic functionality requirement based on FMEA. Diagnostic monitoring strategies and concept. Develop and implement diagnostic functionality. Calibrate diagnostic function and measure performance. Verify and validate performance and requirements.
Our goal is to deliver functionality which provides comfortable ownership and high-quality diagnostics to support manufacturing- and vehicle service processes. What will you do?
Participate in system design and requirements discussions. Develop, review and keep diagnostic requirements updated for supplier and in-house software development. Engage in supplier discussion to ensure alignment with requirements. Participate in project meetings and cross-team meetings. Take ownership of software and feature quality issues, including root cause analysis and solutions. Perform system verification, test cases and conduct analysis of results. In this task you will initially be focusing on testing and analysis, utilizing test bench set-up, HIL and test vehicles. You will also participate in vehicle expeditions. Do you fit the profile?
We believe that you have at least a B. Sc. degree within engineering, preferably power electronics, embedded system, or equivalent competence. On top on this, you have some years’ experience in the automotive industry and have worked with testing activities within the same and familiar with testing tools and measurement systems. We are a global company so a must for us is that you are fluent in English.
You should also have:
Experience of testing diagnostic events and services Knowledge of AUTOSAR diagnostic modules and bootloaders Knowledge about ISO 14229
Knowledge about OBDII and other legal regulation & requirements Knowledge and understanding of simple HW-circuits In this role, you need to be structured, data driven and have good documentation skills. You are also used to corporate and communicate with people. B-driving license
