The Chief Project Manager plays a central role in the Electromobility organization. You will assume responsibility for leading comprehensive projects. You will manage a cross functional project team and deliver according to project prerequisites. Stakeholder management and interfaces in the Volvo organization are important to handle. You will report to the steering committee and decision fora.
Who are You? We seek consultants who are established as project leader with a proven track record of driving projects in global organizations. We trust in your knowledge of large and complex development projects, as well as your ability to industrialize technology within the Automotive sector. Additionally, you possess a high level of integrity and judgment, knowing when to say yes and when to say no. Electromobility knowledge is seen as a plus.
Your mission in this consultant job: Your mission is to lead complex development Electromobility projects from pre studies up to industrialization and launch of a successful product.
To be able to do this you need to:
• Demonstrate extensive experience and expertise in project management.
• Foster genuine team spirit within the matrix in which you operate.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of R&D technology to make accurate high-level judgments. Experience from Electromobility is an advantage.
• Be able to engage others and work cross functional.
• Assume a strong leadership role in a highly complex and uncertain environment.
• Work proactively to secure delivery.
