The team has the responsibility to deliver and coordinate technical support for the Volvo & Renault products towards Market companies and Importers. We are the glue between the commercial and industrial organizations.

ROLE DESCRIPTION As a Lead Technical Communication Leader, you will be responsible for developing and supporting Technical Service’s internal and external communication. This means:
• We support Renault and Volvo Heavy and Medium Duty trucks as well as Light Commercial Vehicles.
• Coordinate and publish Technical Service Bulletins, Technical Notes and their translations
• Chair and manage our bi-weekly Quality News meeting series with ?150 participants
• Manage Product Quality Engineer/Field Service Engineer induction program
• Coordinate Technical Service involvement in the Quality Technical Conference (QTC)
• Develop and execute Technical Service communication strategy
• Manage our SharePoint structures, both internally and externally towards the market companies
• Be speaking partner and collaborate with Product Quality Leaders, the brands’ warranty, campaign and customer quality organizations, Technical Dealer Support, AMT, occasionally with VBC and UD Trucks
• Supporting the Q&CS managers with diverse tasks as communication, strategy and other.
The work is mainly carried out at the office in Gothenburg but regular trips to our office in Lyon are required since you will be supporting teams at both sites.
WHO ARE YOU?
You are a person with excellent written communication and presentation skills, highly articulated with a pedagogic approach. You bring with you good technical understanding of the truck as well as the aftermarket business competences and a large network. You are familiar with service documentation standards and terminology. You are service minded and have a strong planning and organizational skill with a sense of priority and attention to detail. You enjoy being in a role where you can be flexible and innovative. Fluency in English is fundamental and multilingual knowledge is seen as a merit since you will have the opportunity to meet people from different parts of the world. You are also comfortable with traveling to different countries around the world.

• IMPACT, Consult
• KOLA, EDB
• Picture and video editing software
• Office 365
• EBD
You have a Master or Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent technical university degree.
