PM Verification & Validation at Electromobility
Lead, develop and drive the test strategy and verification plan for projects and product changes, from early phase testing to user acceptance testing. Secure test equipment in the form of rigs and vehicles, as well as resources. Planning and follow up is carried out in close collaboration with the verification teams and the development teams at Electromobility, as well as other teams within Volvo Group Truck Technology. Playing an important part in Project Management Team to secure quality assured products. Presenting status and risks to Project Manager Engineering and Complete System Management Team.
Minimum 8 years experience as Project Manager within development projects and leading a team. Excellent communication skills. Structured way of working. Ability to collect input from different areas and make sense of high quantity information. Problem solver. Leadership skills to motivate and drive a team.
Needed competencies are within: Product development of HW and SW, commercial vehicle knowledge, development and verification of electrical driveline and energy storage system, and in DVP and Volvo group used IT tools.
