Product lead AI
- ---------------------- About the role We have laid the foundation for our AI journey by building a platform which can be configured and trained for different on- and off-board applications. These applications vary between multiple domains such as traffic modelling, energy efficient driving, or tools for increasing our software development efficiency.
As a product lead you will stay in tight contact with the team’s stakeholders and continuously keep the backlog updated and broken down to meet their expectations. This includes leading the team’s PI planning and demo sessions, manage risks, promote best practice and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. You will also be responsible for the team roadmap and work tightly with the technology strategist/architect and product strategy manager to make sure that the team deliveries are up to date with the latest technological developments and meets business strategic goals.
In addition, you will also lead and coordinate AI initiatives of other teams, foster cross-team collaboration, and align those with our framework.

Requirements:
• MSc in Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
• Well acquainted with software engineering and its challenges
• Previous experience as a product owner, scrum master or project manager
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• You are a people person who loves to collaborate and build relationships.
Desired skills and experience:
• Familiarity with classical machine learning and deep learning
• Familiarity with current developments in machine learning techniques
• Familiarity with automotive software or system engineering
• Ability to navigate and get things done in a large global organization
