We are looking for Senior UX Researcher with the readiness to design, execute and summarize the research of comprehensive processes in HR area, especially of managing people (including hiring processes) supported by one of the new platform launched last year in the complex work environment of Volvo Group.
Able to do research starting from the initial research plan, through the recruitment and carrying out the user research, delivering the visual form of user journey with the pains, gains and jobs-to be done filled in. UX Researcher demonstrates broad experience in UX Research is passionate about digging into users’ perspective. Proficient in various research methods, such as desk research, surveys, user research, usability testing and ethnographic research with the high understanding of their application and able to combine the methods to achieve the most effective results. Has the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner and with a basic understanding of psychology and human behavior for interpreting user actions and reactions is a prerequisite. UX Researcher with a strong collaboration skills, able to work closely with UX Leads and UX Designers. The previous experience from working with HR management processes with diverse stakeholder groups in a multi national setting will be the big advantage.
