JOB PURPOSE
• Lead Global Bus Purchasing digitalization initiatives.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive process/system improvement/development with digitalization as backbone.
• Lead assignments, investigations and projects within the area of expertise
• Be the first point of contact for questions in your area, follow-up, and provide feedback
• Develop and own training material in your area, act as trainer for the line organization as needed
• Put requirements on IT solutions based on customer/receiver needs and benchmarks, interface with Group IT/external supplier for development/enhancement of digital tools
• Promote global processes and digital tools usage, supporting process compliance on a global level.
• Contribute (lead or participate) to the Purchasing Business Plan activities
• Represent Global Business Development towards Purchasing line organization, and be the link for feedback, ideas, best practices, issues and questions.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES
•
University/college graduated or equivalent work experience
•
2+ years IT development and/or purchasing experience within a multicultural environment
• Purchasing processes, good understanding of process dependencies and interfaces to other processes
• Collaborative and end-to-end value chain thinking
• Business and Customer oriented.
• comfortable working with various collaboration tools such as AzureDevOps & Microsoft O365 solutions
• Some experience with the Analytics stack on Azure, including Power BI
•
Ability to maintain and develop a good working climate and atmosphere.
•
Leadership and communication skills.
•
Proactive and with a strong drive to improve.
• Customer Focus

• Data Management & Analytical Skills

• To organize and select, in cooperation with the line management, Process Forum Members that are part of the designated process forums.
