Project Manager Hardware (PM HW) @ Electromobility
Are you passionate about shaping the future of the automotive industry? Electromobility is leading the shift to electrified systems, and we’re looking for a dynamic Project Manager Hardware to ensure the successful delivery of hardware components for our cutting-edge projects.
Your Role As a PM HW, you’ll oversee and coordinate the complete hardware development and deliveries for prototype builds. Working closely with sub-system Project Managers who are managing the component development, you’ll guide decisions, manage documentation, and ensure the hardware is delivered on time and according to plan.
Key Responsibilities Lead and Coordinate: Manage hardware deliveries and support sub-system PMs to meet project milestones. Drive Decisions: Assist in making key decisions to ensure hardware readiness. Collaborate: Engage in packaging reviews, design activities, and parts planning meetings. Documentation: Ensure accurate product structures and hardware specifications. Deliver Hardware: Oversee end-to-end hardware delivery for projects.
Who You Are You’re a proven leader with experience in product development and project management, ideally with knowledge of driveline and truck applications. You excel in driving engagement and solving problems creatively and it's a big merit if you are comfortable in Volvo tools such as KOLA and SPOT.
