Reliability Engineer specialist Job Description: As a Reliability Engineer at Volvo, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our products.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess product reliability and performance. Participate in reliability testing, failure analysis, and root cause investigations. Assist in the development of reliability test plans and test protocols. Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Work closely with senior engineers to implement reliability enhancements. Generate reports and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of reliability engineering principles and tools. Eagerness to learn and a strong commitment to personal and professional growth. Basic understanding of battery systems is a plus
