(Description We are searching for Project Managers Purchasing, who will be able to drive purchasing requirements, representing both projects and line organization within our project office and to be able to support our Project Managers Purchasing in different assignments. In this role you will work in the cross-functional product development processes. You will, in a pro-active way, plan, drive and follow up the Purchasing part of the development and secure the Purchasing deliverables on time (part securement) with agreed quality, cost, features, technology, sustainability and risks. You will have the responsibility to judge the maturity of the progress of the deliverables. You will be the interface to the Purchasing line organization and work closely together to secure purchasing strategies & objectives.
Who we are: Supply Network Resiliency & Project Management (SNR&PM) Purchasing is a global organization within Group Trucks Purchasing, with holistic responsibility over the Product Project portfolio, Volume & Supplier Capacity Planning, Supplier Development and Crisis Management. We deliver customer value via End-to-End product evolution ownership & resilient supply network, and we enable the best Performance & Customer Success outcomes while fully coordinated with Group Trucks Technology and Group Trucks Operations and Volvo Brands within efficient governance structure.

Skills & experiences
• University degree in Engineering/technology and/or Business Administration
• Fluent English skills
• Good understanding of Purchasing challenges through experience from working in purchasing
• Experience in Project management
• Good understanding of development processes
• Knowledge in AGILE methodology.
• Excellent IT skills and basic skills in our different systems e.g.
SAP Ariba, SPOT, Power BI etc.
