Project manager on Professional level applies practical knowledge typically obtained through education and work experience (position typically requires 2 to 5 years relevant experience).
Manage project test plans, prepare, plan and coordinate testing activities. Ensure all tests are carried out in an efficient manner and validate the tests. Minimize the installation time as well as optimize test cycle efficiency in test objects. Produce useful data for engineering and follow up activities in the test facilities to establish relevant KPI’s.
T-shaped profile with broad product knowledge Responsible to provide feedback to the development organization and Product Leader (PL) for each Product Class on known defects and limitation of the products. Information to be shared by the latest in Release Board meeting. This shall be done for every Release Candidate. Issue and track faultreport flow (PILs), incorporate verification of Fault reports that have been marked ready for verification into the test plan.
Coordinate with other sites to optimize global utilization of test objects with a shared testplan.
Secure logistics for HW, procure parts, plan rebuilds, integration of new baselines, repairs and maintenance to ensure that status and uptime of test objects to enable the testplan. Review the product development milestones and delivery notes and secure that the testplan are up to date with relevant activities to meet milestones.
