Implement design activities and artefacts for product and service deliveries and support cases that adhere to Volvo Group system and brand guidelines to create usable and desirable experiences. Coach/Mentor product owners, scrum masters, development teams in User Centred Design ways of working, building effective teams focused on delivering Business Value respecting user needs, managing both local and global teams. Participate actively in defining future User Experience maturity level and UX Governance for Volvo Group .Develop agile ways of working in business critical and strategic areas, interacting with senior management and multiple TD/BA's. Collaborate with stakeholders and executive management teams in quality control of the User Experience area. Participate actively in defining future User Experience maturity level and UX Governance for Volvo Group. On Senior Expert level the employee is recognized both within and outside the organization as thought leader in area of expertise. - Has uptodate understanding of market trends and able to leverage strong internal and external networks to remain ahead of the game
