Volvo GTT is looking for a Product Structure Engineer to join the Product Structure group at the Vehicle Integration department within Vehicle Engineering. In this assignment, replacing
one of our regular employees that is on parental leave, you will be the one supporting the design engineers with their complex documentation issues as well as defining the product offering from a technical point of view for our Volvo FH, FM and FMX products.
Assignment content:
• Provide knowledge and expertise to engineering departments on how to document Items and how to build up a correct Item to Variant Structure both in day-to-day support and through trainings
• Approve and release a correct, clear, and easily comprehensible Product Structure within GTT Vehicle Engineering (review DCNs in KOLA)

• Monitor and follow the quality of documentation according to PDM Logic When needed:

• Work with Technical Authorization; initiate, release and approve Product Type Authorization and Variant Rules
Profile:
• Very good knowledge about KOLA (including I/V documentation and TA) and connected systems
• Previous experience from Product Structure/PDM
• General Product knowledge
• Analytical, systematic, and accurate
• Service minded
• Driving and delivery focused
• Good verbal and writing communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Basic pedagogical skills
