Assisting Specification Controller

At Test Fleet Center, you will work alongside some of the most skilled and passionate colleagues related to complete vehicle product knowledge. Our mission is to coordinate and secure transport solutions for testing in technology and vehicle streams, maximizing uptime of the test fleet as well as secure infrastructure and facilities connected vehicle fleet needs.
You will be responsible to help our 3 Vehicle Specification Controllers with the administrative tasks when we are going into a top of Vehicle acquisitions for future fleet.
Depending on the current portfolio and development phases, the focus for your work will vary but your main responsibility with the role is to:

Secure approval for our new trucks that is going to be built for the fleet.
Create and follow up of mail forms for each truck from the vehicle request to the financial approval.

• Monitor trucks during the time from order to build. Keep our systems updated at different milestones with correct information.
Monitor through SUV (Support Uptime Vehicle) build list, updates to be done when the trucks have received chassi ID (eg. variants via VDA, S-notes and BOM via Vdb, separation of engine and gearbox structure..)

• Support responsible specification controller with work orders towards our workshops, register and document the truck with photos in our system. Follow up our trucks during delivery service before hand over.

Needed qualifications: Swedish English Normal Computer skills Knowledge and interest in vehicles Drives License C is desirable
