Verification Leader / PM Verification Lead, develop and drive the test strategy and verification plan for projects and product changes. Planning and follow up is carried out in close collaboration with the verification teams and the development teams at Electromobility, as well as other teams within Volvo Group Truck Technology. Create test plans from early phase testing to user acceptance testing. Secure test equipment in the form of rigs and vehicles, as well as resources. Present status and risks to Technical Project Manager.
Needed competencies are within: Energy Storage System verification, Electrical driveline, Commercial vehicle knowledge and in Volvo group used IT tools. Excellent communication skills. Structured way of working. Ability to collect input from different areas and make sense of high quantity information. Problem solver. Experience from development projects and leading a team.
