Why? GTT Portfolio tool is an initiative aiming to replace the current solutions for handling GTT portfolio within R&D finance and strategic product planning.
Who? We need a structured Business Analyst who has worked with finance, lean portfolio management and have good insight in SAFe. It is an advantage to have worked in R&D with finance. Focus area YEC trainings. Drive and manage a Training program covering New Way of Working in an Agile transformation with the focus on cross-functional collaboration and cascading information through the organization. Coordinate cross functional training initiatives and administrate training activities. Chair operative steering group and cascade information to anchor training content throughout organization. Feedback and quality assure trainings regarding pedagogical approach as well as validate content cross organization. Develop training approach and post-training dialogue and continuous improvements of training program. Key Skills
