Be a part of an agile competence team tasked with solving quality issues. As a team member in an Agile team it is required a high level of flexibility, sense of urgency and a willingness to learn and broaden your competence. Focus will be in Mechanical design but interest/background in SW and functionality is favored, Catia V5 and Kola knowledge and design experience is required, familiarity with AB Volvo design and release processes is preferable.
All team members are required to spread knowledge and develop competence within the team. Develop and Manage networking across the organization. Team members can also take on the role as Team Leader (similar to a Scrum Master role), facilitating the team progress and way of working, setting team rules etc.
The applicant need to want and have the ability to work independently and project manage them selves and smaller projects. Ideally experience from minor PM work or profile wanting to take next step toward a more PM like context.
