Logos, emblems, signage, labels, icons etc. Execute directives given regarding brand design strategy. Develop design solutions fulfilling the design intent, and communicate through sketches, renderings, illustrations, or CAD models. Secure the design quality for all visual surfaces/parts from suppliers, on- and off- board the vehicle, independent on development methodology/technologies are used. On Expert level the employee is a recognized expert in Graphical Design typically obtained through advanced education and work experience (position typically requires 10 years or more relevant experience).
- Experienced project lead and an established coach, mentor and educator to others in VG
- Known subject matter expert and a natural goto person for complex discipline related issues
- Strong Tshaped profile (either building deeper discipline excellence or developing mature generalist toolbox)
- Known product owner, often contributing to project roadmaps/strategies within context of industry trends
- Clear articulation of value creation by joining up the dots between their work and the TD/BA strategy.
