(position typically requires 2 to 5 years relevant experience)Manufacturing Product Preparation Engineer is responsible for the transition of products from product development into full production readiness including:�¢���¢ Securing that Product Development / Technology teams deliver a product that is verified and aligned with Volvo Production System and Future Factory Concept�¢���¢ Establishing clear and commonly shared product requirements for one�¢����s dedicated area of responsibility�¢���¢ Effectively coordinating and triggering activities of Manufacturing Solution Engineers within production�¢���¢ Securing that product changes are introduced in the industrial system without disturbance, according to set targets�¢���¢ Responsible for creating requirements and specifications for production test tools, either directly with development teams or by collaborating with product test engineers�¢���¢ May develop and define product support plan. On Professional level applies practical knowledge typically obtained through education and work experience (position typically requires 2 to 5 years relevant experience).
