- Hubbau Evaluation & Analysis Engineer – Cell/Module
The battery evaluation & analysis team is responsible for the development of testing method and data analysis to build world class knowledge in battery design and related technology areas such as electrical, mechanical, thermal and safety.

Responsibilities:
• Ownership of design evaluation & analysis plan for specific project
• Preparation, execution and documentation of testing activities on battery cells and modules
• Regular reporting on all evaluation & analysis activities
• Close co-work with Battery cell technology/simulation engineers, module design engineers, BMS engineers and verification engineers on specific projects
• Support to a multidisciplinary team Main tasks
• Development of Battery evaluation and analysis plan
• Organization, planning and managing testing activities
• Communication with verification/testing laboratories
• Creating detailed test specification/matrix
• Creating all relevant technical documentation
• On-site support and supervising for both in-house and external testing laboratories
• Analysis of test results
• Creating test reports
• Defining requirements for the battery cell with input from the System Engineers and other stakeholders
• Teams’ backlog and prioritization activities as well as defining the test development roadmap and decide on appropriate research activities
