Product Cyber Security Engineer/Officer/Support We are looking for an experienced, social, driven and self-going person and who is flexible, to join our central Product Cyber Security team. Our mission is to support the VBC development organizations in Sweden and Brazil, and secure we are compliant to R155 (ISO/SAE 21434). Assignment is a mix of operational project work and process development work, and the team prioritize and distribute work within the team on regular basis.
Qualities And Responsibilities
• Guide the teams through the different PCS processes and
methodologies, ensuring efficiency and quality. Example of work is ○ Maintain and update PCSMS (VBC PCS process),
○ Overall vehicle Risk Management and reporting ○ Create and provide PCSMS training ○ Support teams in: □ Tailoring project activities □ Performing correct PCSMS activities
○ Promote a good CS culture ○ Develop and follow up CS Plan for project according to scope and delivery ○ Review of PCS activities to ensure completeness and correctness
• Scheduling meetings, workshops, and other related activities needed to actively support the teams.

• Reviewing PCS Work Products and deciding if it is on a good enough level is a natural part of the work.
The long term goal is to make the development teams in the organization more and more self-going. Until we are there, teaching and guiding in the methodologies, is an important part of the daily work.
Documented self-going experience within the area is a requirement.
Knowledge of the Volvo way-of-working and PCSMS are meriting.
The position is a temporary assignment for a colleague going on 7 months parental leave. Though, there might be a potential opportunity for longer assignment due to expected increase of work during 2025.
