Solution Manager with Project Management skills and knowledge within Vehicle Autonomous/ADAS development needed!
As a Solution Manager you will drive the development within Vehicle Technology of sw/function/mechatronic solutions for pre-studies/projects within the Autonomous area.
In this role you will have to:
- Manage extensive stakeholder communication inside and outside Vehicle Technology. You need to be able to communicate on different levels in the organization.
- Plan, lead and coordinate the development across multiple agile streams to secure EE platform consistency and deliveries fulfilling the intent of the solution
- Secure clear scope and requirements
- Define and communicate milestones/integration points
- Make sure that concept decisions are taken with platform consistency in mind
- Secure that deliveries and releases are performed in line with agreed plans, quality and cost targets
- Manage top risks and deviations
To succeed in this role you need a strong technical background combined with a business and leadership mindset. We think you have a MSc or BSc within for example computer or electrical/electronics area combined with project management/leading agile teams training. We think that you have at least ~10 years work experience preferably within embedded software/ADAS/autonomous development and project management within the Automotive business.
