Volvo Energy is seeking a seasoned Project Manager Lead to drive pivotal projects for the Product Development (PD) and Interoperability team within the Private Charging area.
We are a team with the mission to support the Volvo Group’s Business Areas’ electrified sales by driving the product development and interoperability of private EV charging solutions. We jointly simplify the electrification transformation for our customers and the society as well as accelerate the journey towards 100% fossil free and in doing so, we will support the Volvo Groups sustainability ambitions. This role is a Management Consultant position, tailored for individuals with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute high-impact projects and studies within diverse areas including operational development, financial planning, strategic development, and internal communications.
• Utilize extensive experience to mentor team members and guide the division towards achieving its strategic objectives.
Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in project management, preferably within the EV charging or automotive sectors.
• A robust understanding of the EV charging industry dynamics and EV market trends.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex projects and delivering results.
• Exceptional communication skills coupled with adeptness in managing stakeholder relationships.
• A forward-thinking approach to technology, with a knack for leveraging digital tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. A university degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field is required.
