Role Description:
Engage in full-stack development tasks, with a focus on front-end technologies, to create responsive and dynamic web applications. Develop and maintain robust front-end features, using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., React) that align with your interest in front-end development. Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end and back-end components, ensuring a seamless user experience from end to end. Participate in code reviews, learning from peers and contributing your perspective, particularly in areas related to front-end technologies. 

Explore and implement advanced data visualization techniques to enhance user understanding and engagement with the application’s data. Stay abreast of emerging front-end technologies and methodologies, advocating for their adoption when they can improve the team's workflow or the product's user experience. 

Competencies:
Foundational knowledge in computer science, web development, or a related field, obtained through a degree or equivalent self-study. Familiarity with front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and an eagerness to deepen your expertise in these areas. Exposure to front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React) with a desire to learn more and apply this knowledge to real-world projects. 

Basic understanding of back-end technologies and frameworks, reinforcing your capability in full-stack development. Enthusiasm for UI/UX design principles and a drive to create applications that provide a great user experience. Proactive problem-solving skills, innovative thinking, and a strong team spirit. A growth and learning mindset, open to feedback and dedicated to continuous improvement. Good communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively in English.
