Volvo Group Connected Solutions is looking for a very experienced Service Designer Senior (Expert) for this innovation project to develop a service named Lokate.

We are working together with Volvo CE on an innovation project to develop a service named Lokate. It is a system to orchestrate building construction logistics for site managers at the construction site, their suppliers, and transporters of construction material. The service is in an early phase where we have executed several pilot tests, and now want to find and onboard more potential customers.

The objective of this activity is to launch the service on the market, and to find and develop customers.

The scope of this activity is:
• To package the digital service for specific customer segments.
• To design the pricing model.
• To enhance and execute the go-to-market strategy.
• To be responsible for sales, drive customer meetings ang negotiate conditions.
• To maintain the business case.
• To be a sounding board to the Principal Innovation Manager leading this activity, regarding business development.

Project Deliverables:
• Customer interactions
• Packaging of Lokate for two (2) customer segments
• Pricing of Lokate
• Go-to-market strategy (high level)
• Business case

Prerequisites to Being Awarded This Business:
• Experience from launching and marketing digital services.
• Experience from venture building or startups.
• Being a strong negotiator with an ability to build and maintain business relationships.
• Analytical skills to evaluate market data and form strategic decisions.
• Leadership and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
