Logistics / Packaging Design role is to focus on design and develop standard and special packaging for the Volvo Group.

including: Contributing to decrease the total logistics cost and CO2 by influencing the part design within the product development process. Design and place requirements on standard and special packaging for the Volvo Group. Create or change packaging instructions for new parts or changes triggered by flow optimization.. 

Lead level is a specialist in Logistics / Packaging Design typically obtained through education and work experience (position typically requires 8 years or more relevant experience). 

Responsibilities typically include: 

* Managing large projects or (end to end) processes with limited oversight from manager. 

* Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionals.

* Problems faced are difficult and often complex.
