Senior UX Designer for onboard UX development (Trucks divisions, multi brand)
At Volvo Group Design in Gothenburg we are working with all Volvo Business Areas (Trucks, Buses, Construction Equipment and Penta) and support digital HMI platform and implementation projects for Renault and Mack.

This position will initially be focused on current Instrument Cluster development, including driving related functionalities, electromobility as well as onboard connected services. Deliveries will be made to software going out to customers with a high pace and pixel perfect skills is a must. A yes-we-can attitue with combination of structured and creative mind is key. If the designer is successful in his/her execution, a gradual transition over to more forward looking projects is planned for this role.

Previous experience
- prerequisite:
- 4-6 years of experience as a UX Designer
- Working in an Agile environment, preferbly following SAFe framework
- Project management attributes such as structured mind, ability to drive with focus on results
- Fluent user of Figma and Adobe design tools.

Desired skills:
- Insights into the latest trends in automotive and other technology areas.
- Understand and interpret data in a structured way.
Critical thinker, strong communicator, confident presenter (concept and design reviews), strong collaborator, own drive and ability to also work independently of others. Passionate about premium user experience and user interface design.
