Context: Be part of a challenging and exciting IT program where main objective is to handle migration of current service catalog tool named FAROS towards COTS solution – SNOW.
Job Description: To analyze Faros services and collaborate with team to speed up analysis of IT Infra services for migration on ServiceNow. Work professionally and document,  collect artefacts to support decisions.
Should be comfortable working with data.
Comments on Experience & Skills:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis Knowledge of Scrum and ITIL processes welcome such as Service NOW tool , Analytical and Conceptual thinking skills , Teamwork oriented, History of supporting large-scale program with multiple international teams ( fluency in English ) , Good communication skills with a willingness to ask questions, Knowledge of SharePoint, Prior experience of access management system requirements. The candidate has yet produced functional specification document , and yet redacted technical/functional stories.
