GTT Electromobility will adopt a new way of working during 2024, based on a pre-work conducted during the autumn in 2023.
The new way of working is currently defined at high level and next step is to define and design core processes in new way of working. This will require the engagement and involvement from employees within the Electromobility organisation and several work packages will have to be established to take this task on.

To secure progress and readiness of new way of working, we need a project manager that is planning, leading and coordinating content and set up of the work packages, secure right competences in each work package and secure progress according to time plan.
The project manager will report and collaborate closely with a Chief Project manager that is responsible for the transition towards a new “operating model”.

• Lead some of the work packages and secure scope is delivered according to plan
• Together with other Project manager and CPM secure each work package have the right competences and resources.
• Give input and work closely with communication and change mgr around documentation of outcomes, time plan for launch etc to secure relevant training (when needed) and communication.
• Support roll-out of the new WoW incl preparations
