Develop and Manage networking across the organization and provide inputs to the project pre-requisites based on the component history. - Onboarding to Volvo Group, Induction to respective TD/BA, Transition Coaching
- Getting to know the business, understanding the ways of working and the group and TD/BA culture
- Learning about product streams and the contribution of his/her work within this as well as the lifelong learning expectations in the group, TD/Bas- Empowered to perform and make a valueadding contribution to the assigned TD/BA asap with the benefit of ongoing support and supervision
