Bring your excellent skills and long experience in project management into the role as Solution Manager, leading larger sw/function product development initiatives impacting our electrical and electronics platform!
What you will do:
Plan, lead and coordinate the development across multiple GTT agile streams to secure EE platform consistency and deliveries fulfilling the intent of the solution
Manage extensive stakeholder communication inside and outside Vehicle Technology Support the portfolio managers with budget and prioritization input
Act as servant leader for the agile Vehicle Technology trains, facilitating and guiding the work towards fulfillment of the solution intent in terms of securing
- clear scope defined and broken down by Epic owners
- milestones/integration points well communicated and understood
- concept decisions taken with platform consistency/balancing done
- deliveries and releases performed in line with agreed plans, quality and cost targets
- manage top risks and deviations
We think you have:
- BSc or MSc in Computer/Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience
- Strong project management skills and experience of complex technology development projects
- Good knowledge and experience in agile ways of working with embedded sw development and electrical systems in automotive industry
- Excellent communication skills and experience of leading vertically i.e. you can motivate teams towards challenging targets and are used to manage communication and presentations to line management and other stakeholders.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English is a required as we work in an international environment
