- Onboarding to Volvo Group
- Getting to know the business, understanding the ways of working and the group and company culture
- Learning about product streams and the contribution of his/her work within this as well as the lifelong learning expectations in the group
- Empowered to perform and make a valueadding contribution to the assigned group asap with the benefit of ongoing support and supervision
