We are looking for a consultant to join us in the team running the engine test rigs for engine and powertrain development for Volvo Group Truck Technology. The team conduct the daily maintenance of engine and test equipment; does engine installations; test preparation as well as perform the test and validate the results. The team operates in the main test facility for combustion engine development for Volvo GTT in Sweden. Competence profile: Engineering education or other proven experience from working with advanced technical development. Experience from hands on work with combustion engines or lab/test equipment or similar. Good at learning and developing competence as well as developing surrounding work environment and methods. Personality: Team player, Positive mindset, service minded. “Can-do” attitude and flexible to easily change focus and adopt to new tasks – ability to both solve the immediate issues and keep focus on long term improvements. Quick learner – eager to learn new technologies and test methods.
