Process Developer/Manager Responsibilities: - Be Part of reviewing current processes and tools. Processes are primarily within DVP processes (Develop Product & Aftermarket Product Portfolio), but also include processes for onboarding of new employees and competence development - Documentation of processes and ensure that documentation is updated - Responsible/being abe to hold trainings and go-to person for process related support Required comptencies: - Business knowledge and product development processes - Knowledge and experience from working with process development, methods and tools, mainly DVP Process (Develop product & Aftermarket Product Portfolio) - Experience from processes both within HW/SW development and processes related to operational excellence - Knowledge and experience in Change Management - Excellent communication skills
