We are looking for a resource to support the Volvo GTT EMOB organization to help support the requirement management way of working, the position is temporary (around 6 months). The role entails significant interactions with different departments in the organization, stakeholder management and communication. The main responsibility for this role is to create the requirement management process and implement it within the organization, communication is key to achieve success. To be able to do this you will be in contact with different stakeholders to collect information, understand their needs, make the links between the different departments and structure the information collected. The role is based in CampX, Lundby. Requirements Master of Science in Engineering, similar field of study, or equivalent work experience Proven leadership skills with ability to drive, motivate, and coach Experience from requirement handling and change management Fluent in English, written and spoken Excellent communication and presentation skills Structured manner of working
